Respite Manager

About the role

Respite Managers are responsible for coordinating supports to the people at our designated respite site. They will supervise a team to ensure quality standards are met in the following core areas: home environment, medical and personal care, community involvement, and financial budgeting. Respite Managers carry out operational activities with their assigned team, and supervise the guests each weekend.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to ensure quality standards are met in the following core areas: home environment, medical and personal care, community involvement, and financial budgeting.
• Carry out operational activities with their assigned team, and supervise the guests each weekend.
• Work with different guests each weekend, adapting to the high-energy, dynamic nature of the site.
• Be flexible and work throughout the weekends, including Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Fridays.
• Work hours are from 9am-5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from 11am-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay

Schedule

Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 11am-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Fridays from 11am-7pm.
