Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
- Guide patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
- Celebrate patient victories along the way.
Requirements
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
- Supervisor or management experience preferred.
