How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Design work schedules and coordinate daily assignments to optimize staffing levels and ensure seamless clinical operations
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff against performance benchmarks while providing key input on hiring and termination procedures
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality patient care and maximize positive clinical outcomes
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, proactively adjusting supplies to prevent shortages and control costs
- Streamline daily workflows and staff assignments to drive efficient, effective, and patient-centered care delivery
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s) BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Respiratory Care Practitioner obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Advanced Life Support preferred.
- Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
