Responsibilities
- Guided by administration and hospital policies, manage all clinical activities.
- Oversee clinical education, quality improvement, patient-driven protocols, diagnostic control, equipment control, infection control, and staff management.
- Ensure 24/7 accountability for staffing and operational oversight.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy.
- CRT or RRT certification from NBRC.
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license by the Texas Medical Board.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
- ACLS certification.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- One year of respiratory therapy management experience.
