Respiratory Therapist Temp 3rd Shift - Respiratory Therapy

About the role

This position represents patient care directed toward critical care areas, step down areas, general care areas and critical care transports.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in various care settings.
• Assess and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and administer treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Licensed by the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in respiratory therapy.
• BLS certification required before the conclusion of the orientation period.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.

Skills

• Proficiency in respiratory therapy techniques.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
