Role Overview
We are seeking a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality pulmonary care in a post-acute, long-term care setting. The therapist will deliver treatments, perform patient assessments, operate respiratory equipment, and respond to emergencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patient education, and accurate documentation are essential responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Active Maryland Registered Respiratory Therapist License
- Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner through MDBPQA
- Certification as a CRT or RRT eligible
- Current AHA BLS/CPR Certification
- Less than one year of experience; new graduates encouraged
