RESPIRATORY THERAPIST - RESPIRATORY (NIGHTS)

About the role

Northwest Specialty Respiratory Unit is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Respiratory Therapist to join the team. This position is a night shift eligible for a $3.50/hour night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Provide pulmonary care in accordance with specific physician orders, department policies, and procedures.
• Administer pulmonary care and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the pulmonary system.
• Perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures related to the pulmonary system.

Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current LRT licensure through the Idaho Board of Medicine.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS and PALS Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Skills

• Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communication for safe and effective patient care and documentation standards.
• Initiative and discipline in time management and medical record review.
• Effective interpersonal skills.

Pay

Night shift differential of $3.50 per hour.
