What You’ll Do
- Deliver respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
- Administer treatments, manage ventilators, and perform diagnostics
- Follow evidence-based protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Serve as a lead/charge therapist, guiding workflow and supporting team members
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in respiratory care
- Illinois RT license (or within 6 months)
- CRT (NBRC)
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP & PALS within 90 days (effective July 1, 2025)
Preferred Qualifications
- AACLSNPS and/or ACCS credentials
- RT 2 -- Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
- 3 years of previous job-related experience
- CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC
- RT 3 -- Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
- Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- PALS within 90 days (effective July 1, 2025)

Compensation
Pay Rate: $41.35 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
