About the Role
Work independently while collaborating with the clinical team to ensure quality care for patients requiring CPAP/BiPAP therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CPAP/BiPAP equipment setups and educate patients on therapy use and maintenance.
- Fit masks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Document procedures and monitor equipment usage.
- Communicate patient feedback effectively to the clinical team.
- Set up and explain therapy equipment, ensure proper fit, and answer patient questions.
- Accurately document patient interactions and monitor therapy adherence.
- Report adherence data as needed.
- Multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively in English.
Requirements
- Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program.
- State license in New Hampshire.
- DME experience with CPAP/BiPAP.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Reliable availability two days weekly.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce.
- Must maintain HIPAA compliance and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Employment contingent on passing a background check, drug screening, and healthcare exclusion verification.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour.
