Respiratory Therapist - Per Diem/Flex/PRN

Position Overview: Performs comprehensive respiratory care in accordance with physician orders, acting as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff. Responsibilities include evaluating therapy effectiveness, consulting on patient care, and performing assigned duties. Qualifications: Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program, with current RCP license and NBRC credentials (RRT or CRT). For ER roles, PALS and ACLS certifications are required. Minimum of one year of relevant experience, with preferred critical care background. Skills & Requirements: Proficiency with respiratory care devices, physical ability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., and ability to kneel, crouch, or crawl minimally.
