About the role

Deliver complex respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient assessment, primarily in critical care settings. Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Emphasis on patient safety, accurate documentation, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 science hours
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 6 months in critical care

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Respiratory Care Professional certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
