About the role
Join a dynamic Respiratory Care team at a Level I Trauma Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital with a Level III NICU. Practice at the top of your license and make a meaningful impact across multiple critical care environments.
Responsibilities
- Practice professional respiratory care to patients in varying states of health and illness.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the patient’s pulmonary needs.
- Provide and oversee delivery of patient care for all patients requiring respiratory care in the general units, including adult, pediatric, and cystic fibrosis patients.
- Care for trauma patients, cardiac arrests, and high acuity admissions at a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary care team to collaborate on patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA approved program for Respiratory Care and be licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Vermont.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC within one year of hire date.
- Current ACLS, BLS & PALS certifications.
Qualifications
- Experience in critical care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay
- Level I: $31.40 - $49.53
- Level II: $32.95 - $51.96
- Level III: $34.63 - $54.61
