Respiratory Therapist - GIG/Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Ardmore, OK and Surrounding Communities

About the Role

Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders. Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy. Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care. Performs duties as assigned.

Pay

• $35/hr for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• $30/hr for Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Variable shift incentives

Schedule

• Flexible day or night shifts (no weekend, holiday, or shift requirements)
• 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts available
• Ability to choose shifts based on preference

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license meeting state licensure requirements
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• One year of experience (excluding orientation time)
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required for co-workers in the Emergency Room

Requirements

• Physical demands include pushing, pulling, and gripping up to 50 lbs
• Pinching up to 10 lbs
• Minimal kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Proficiency with all appropriate respiratory care devices
