Role Overview The Respiratory Therapist provides critical respiratory care, utilizing clinical judgment and expertise. They assess patients, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, and administer medications as prescribed. Additionally, they deliver health education to patients and families, collaborate with healthcare team members, and support continuous improvement in care delivery. The therapist also offers clinical leadership and promotes lifelong learning.
