Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview Performs comprehensive respiratory care for patients based on physician orders. Acts as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff, providing consultation on therapy effectiveness and patient care. Responsible for delivering direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy. Key Responsibilities Administer respiratory treatments and interventions. Consult with physicians regarding therapy effectiveness. Utilize all appropriate respiratory care equipment. Perform assigned duties, including rotating NICU assignments for training. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program. Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC. PALS certification for ER roles; ACLS preferred. Critical care experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, gripping, kneeling, and crouching up to 50 lbs. Additional Information Full-time position, night shift, 36 hours/week. Compensation includes a $20,000 bonus for RRTs. Training includes NICU rotations.
