Respiratory Therapist - Full Time Night

Role: Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in complex care settings, primarily critical care areas. Key Duties Perform patient assessments, administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and conduct airway management procedures.Educate patients and support systems, coordinate care activities, and mentor new staff and students.Ensure high-quality, safe patient care by verifying orders, promoting safety protocols, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care planning and documentation.Support invasive and non-invasive procedures, pulmonary diagnostics, and cardiac services as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).Active NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS certifications required upon hire.0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, along with computer proficiency and familiarity with databases. Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations, promote a team environment, and adhere to all policies and standards for quality and safety.
