Respiratory Therapist - Full Time - Days/Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT-CRT) responsible for providing respiratory care, oxygen therapy, diagnostic testing, and ventilation support to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and wean oxygen and artificial ventilation
• Draw and analyze arterial blood gases
• Deliver therapeutic procedures
• Assist with artificial airway management
• Document clinical information
• Educate patients and staff
• Adapt care to patient age and needs
• Maintain adherence to policies, regulatory standards, and a safe, compliant, patient-centered care environment

Requirements

• Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Current licensed Respiratory Therapist certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in computer and software applications
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to infectious materials
• Flexibility for varied work conditions
