Respiratory Support Associate
About the role
Atlantic Health is seeking Per Diem Respiratory Support Associates to join our team at various locations including Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center, Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center, Atlantic Health Newton Medical Center, and Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Clean respiratory equipment
- Setup respiratory equipment
- Pre-use checks on respiratory equipment
- Maintain par levels of respiratory supplies
- Replenish air and oxygen tanks
- Update equipment log
- Deliver equipment and supplies to Respiratory Therapists
- Pick up discontinued equipment for cleaning
- Carries out delegated patient care activities
- Communicates with other members of the healthcare team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy Program
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
