Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics/RRT

About the role

This role requires 2 years of experience and weekend coverage every other week. On-call is not required. Travelers must be willing to float within the scope of the facility or between similar units. The position is open to locals within a 50-mile radius of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. No licenses are pending and there are restrictions on RTO (Return to Order) hours.

Responsibilities

• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Float as needed within the facility or between similar units.
• Work up to 4 days of RTO (Return to Order) hours, but no holidays.
• Comfortable working with adults and children in the ICU.
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience.
• Weekend coverage every other week.
• No on-call requirement.
• Willingness to float within the scope of the facility or between similar units.
• Local within a 50-mile radius of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
• No pending licenses.
• RTO (Return to Order) hours limited to 4 days per week.
• No holidays.
• Comfortable working with adults and children in the ICU.
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license.
• Must be comfortable with the hospital's scrub color policy (Solid Black or Black and White).
• Must be comfortable with the hospital's charting system (Epic).
• Must be able to work under the hospital's call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment.

Skills

• Comfortable working with adults and children in the ICU.
