Respiratory Care Practitioner - RRT (Nights)

About the role

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist responsible for evaluating and providing respiratory care to patients in accordance with physician orders, policies, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses
• Administer prescribed respiratory therapies and advanced modalities
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and outcomes
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and community resources
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, manage supplies, and ensure sterilization
• Respond to medical emergencies and rapid response situations
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience
• Relevant state licensure and certifications, including BLS and RRT credentials
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks frequently
• Excellent communication skills and alertness to safety

Schedule

Work in a night shift capacity with a 36-hour workweek.
