About the role

Sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness. May work with adult, pediatric and neonatal patient populations.

  • Diagnoses and treats respiratory diseases and illnesses
  • Works with adult, pediatric and neonatal patient populations

Requirements

  • Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
  • BLS - American Heart Association National Provider Certification within 90 days of hire
  • ACLS - American Heart Association National Provider Certification within 90 days of hire
  • PALS - American Heart Association National Provider Certification within 90 days of hire

Qualifications

  • 6 months of previous hospital based work experience in the field of respiratory care preferred
