- MUST provide one of the following certificate options below:
- Teacher of the Handicapped certificate
- Oregon Elementary School Teacher (N-8) certificate AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities Oregon Elementary School in Grades K-6 AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities
