Qualifications MUST provide one of the following certificate options below:
- Teacher of the Handicapped certificate
- ORElementary School Teacher (N-8) certificate AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities ORElementary School in Grades K-6 AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities Effective: 2025-2026 School Year
