Resource Pool RN - Full Time - Nights

This role is for a Resource Float Pool RN supporting ICU services, with experience caring for critically ill patients and flexibility to float across multiple ICU environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individualized, culturally sensitive, and age-specific care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using SBAR and structured handoffs.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, leadership, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• BSN required within five years for nurses hired after January 2010.
• No prior experience required, but ongoing professional growth and certification are encouraged.
• Participation in organizational activities and initiatives.
