United Audit Systems, Inc. (UASI), a rapidly growing healthcare consulting firm, is seeking a Resource Optimization Specialist to join our Operations team. UASI is an innovative healthcare consulting firm serving nationally recognized leaders in healthcare, and we are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to help ensure our client-facing teams are deployed efficiently, productively, and profitably across all client engagements. The primary purpose of this position is to support capacity forecasting, real-time resource utilization, and staffing alignment in partnership with our Service Line Managers, HR/Recruiting, and the Resource Optimization Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain real-time visibility of available staff, client assignments, and capacity across service linesForecast resource needs based on volume trends, renewals, new clients, scheduled PTO, turnover, and client cyclesAlign resources to clients based on skill set, performance history, certification, access, and availabilityMonitor utilization and productivity KPIs — including overtime as a percentage of total labor hours — to support margin protection targetsMaintain resource and skills data in QuickBase in accordance with the standardized processesContribute to a weekly workforce digest and monthly workforce alignment report, and participate in weekly workforce operations reviewsIdentify staffing risks and coverage gaps proactively, and collaborate with Client Success Managers and Staffing Success Managers on improvement plansSupport development of a cross-service-line “flex pool” of resources eligible for deployment across engagements Requirements For The Position Include2+ years of healthcare operations, resource planning, resource management, or related experienceAnalytical skills, including resource forecasting and performance modelingProficiency in QuickBase or similar resource/planning toolsStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to assess risk and drive proactive, data-informed decision-makingProficiency in Microsoft Office, including 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred QualificationsExperience with Coding, CDI, or revenue cycle operationsFamiliarity with healthcare staffing models and terminologyExperience building dashboards or reports (Power BI a plus) UASI provides a supportive environment that encourages professional development and enables each employee to achieve their individual goals.
