Resource Nurse (LPN/RN) Sante of North Scottsdale FT Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Works within the interdisciplinary team structure to complete the guest’s initial Plan of Care at the time of admission.
• Affords assistance with the planning, implementation and evaluation of the guest care area/unit orientation.
• Utilizes material, equipment and time in a safe, beneficial, and cost-effective manner.
• Might perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Prior to date of hire, must hold a current, valid nursing license (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse) through the Arizona State Board of Nursing, or hold a compact RN or LPN license.
• Maintain valid nursing licensure throughout the course of employment.
• CPR certification required at time of hire.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years LPN experience in an LTC/SNF/Rehab setting.
• If an LPN, the ability to obtain RN licensure through the AZ State Board of Nursing within six (6) months to one (1) year of hire, is highly preferred.
• OR Must hold current RN licensure through the AZ State Board of Nursing AND have a minimum of one (1) year experience in an LTC/SNF/Rehab setting.
