Resource Manager with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase and maintenance requests, including all related documentation for materials, services, and inventory.
• Research and obtain competitive pricing and cost-effective solutions for equipment, logistics, and services.
• Maintain, coordinate, and track equipment repairs until completion, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset inventory and related records, including certification and maintenance logs.
• Manage inventories and establish/maintain property management databases.
• Manage an inventory of approximately 1,000-line items of supplies and equipment.
• Cookordination and conduct equipment transfers and loans with other government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures for technical security equipment.
