About the role
The Resource Development Manager is responsible for identifying and cultivating donor relationships to secure funding for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential donors and develop strategies to engage them in fundraising efforts.
- Research and analyze donor data to inform targeted outreach and stewardship activities.
- Manage donor communications and events to maintain and deepen relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, marketing, or communications).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven success in building and maintaining donor relationships.
- Experience with donor databases and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
