About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth reservation processes.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns from guests regarding their reservations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation data into the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to reservations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
