Resolute Professional Billing Epic Analyst
About the role
This position supports a stable and effective application environment by collaborating with operational partners, leaders, vendors, and IS teams. Responsibilities include researching and defining system functionality, analyzing workflows, supporting design, build, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities, and communicating system changes clearly to trainers, leadership, and end users.

Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare setting, and/or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, etc.), and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of system integration, application configuration, and customer-focused issue resolution.

Pay
The hiring range generally between $80,176.00 to $99,385.00 annually, with placement within the range based on relevant experience. The pay range is $78,604.00 - $117,907.00.

Additional Information
This position will transition to an off-site work schedule upon successful completion of the training period and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps).
