About the role

As a Youth Counselor at North Homes Children and Family Services, you will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and healing environment for youth ages 10-18.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care, supervision, and mentorship to youth
  • Build trusting relationships with youth
  • Support emotional and behavioral growth of youth
  • Maintain a structured, therapeutic environment
  • Teach coping and life skills to youth
  • Model healthy boundaries
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated, supportive team

Requirements

No prior experience is required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with youth and supporting their emotional and behavioral growth
