Residential Youth Counselor

We’re hiring Residential Youth Counselors (Direct Care Professionals / Direct Support Professionals) to guide and inspire at-risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting in Hampton, NH. - Schedule: Full-time - Wednesday 12-2 (Staff Meeting), 2p-10:30pm, Thursday 2p-10:30p, Friday 2p-10:30p, and Saturday 8a-10:30p

Responsibilities
- Mentor and support youth
- Teach life skills and coping strategies
- Provide emotional support and crisis intervention
- Plan recreational activities
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years experience with youth OR 7 years parenting
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be 21+
- Must pass background checks
