The Residential Worker is responsible for providing support and care to residents in a residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the facility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Report any safety concerns immediately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
