Residential Treatment Aide Pool

About the role

The Residential Treatment Aide Pool is responsible for providing support and care to residents in a residential treatment setting. This role requires a compassionate and patient individual who can assist with daily living activities and ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
• Support residents with meal preparation and dining
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living spaces
• Monitor residents for signs of distress and report as necessary
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Passing background check and drug screening

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
