RESIDENTIAL TEAM LEADER - VINELAND, NJ

About the role

The Residential Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential care facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of residents, including meal times, medication administration, and personal hygiene routines.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents.
• Communicate regularly with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure all needs are being met.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as necessary.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• First aid/cpr certification.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to residential care facilities.
