About the role

The Residential Team Leader / Evening Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of residents including meal times, medication administration, and personal care routines.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle emergency situations and provide immediate support to residents and staff.
• Collaborate with external agencies and maintain open communication with residents' families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a residential setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
