Residential Support Professional - Substance Use Treatment

Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide daily support and supervision in a residential substance use treatment environment. Candidates should be passionate about making a positive impact and fostering lasting recovery for individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise residents during daily activities
• Assist with daily living activities, including meals and life skills development
• Provide accurate documentation of resident progress
• Assist with medication management
• Provide transportation as needed
• Respond to crisis situations to ensure safety
• Facilitate group sessions and support individualized treatment plans
• Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as needed
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment that supports residents' treatment goals

Schedule

Full-time, benefits-eligible. Shifts are Thursday through Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (2nd shift).
