Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – Dayshift Location: Grandstone/Eastwood, Appleton, WI Responsibilities: Provide compassionate support to adults with mental health/substance use challenges, assist with daily living skills, medication management, and healthcare needs. Facilitate recovery-focused group activities, de-escalate crises using non-restrictive techniques, transport residents, document progress, and encourage independence through skill-building and positive role modeling. Assist with household tasks and participate in team meetings and training. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; experience in mental health or human services preferred; college coursework in related fields is a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred; ability to pass background and medical screenings. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, 40 hours/week, with varied days and hours; starting pay of $17.75/hour.
