About the role

Join a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program supporting adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crises appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as required
• Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Pay

$17.75/hour

Schedule

Part-time, every other weekend, with a 1-hour weekday staff meeting

Additional information

Preferred DHS 83 training and local travel requirements (approximately 25–50%).
