We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. The posting includes: Mission statement, summary, schedule, essential duties and responsibilities (list), required education/experience, required skills/knowledge, physical demands (maybe not a section), benefits (Bridgewell Offers...), pay range (The pay range listed...). Also there is "Why Should You Apply" but that's fluff; we can maybe include as part of Benefits? Not needed. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education/experience), Skills (required skills/knowledge), Benefits (Bridgewell Offers...), Pay (pay range), Schedule (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm). Also maybe Physical Demands? Not a standard heading; could be omitted or included under Requirements? But instructions say only use those headings; we can add others? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we can use those headings; not strictly limited but we should prefer those. Physical Demands could be part of Requirements or maybe omitted? It's substantive; we could include under Requirements as a list? But better to include under Requirements as a bullet list? However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those as examples, not exclusive. But to be safe, we could add a section "Physical Demands" as its own heading, though not in list. Might be okay. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe incorporate physical demands into Requirements or Responsibilities? It's about physical ability; could be under Requirements. We'll create sections: - About the role (summary paragraph) - Responsibilities (list of essential duties) - Requirements (education/experience, physical demands maybe) - Skills (required skills/knowledge) - Benefits (list) - Pay (pay range) - Schedule (schedule) We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting includes pay range: "The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors..." That's vague but still mentions pay range exists but not actual numbers. It says "The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range..." but no actual numbers given. That's essentially filler; we should not create Pay section if no specific numbers. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says schedule is stated (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm). Benefits are stated (Excellent health benefits-medical, dental, vision. Generous paid time off includes your birthday... Additional compensation for on-call rotations Opportunities for professional development and growth). So Benefits section is valid. Pay: they mention pay range but not actual numbers; it's still stating that there is a pay range listed, but they didn't give the range. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says they state that there is a pay range listed, but not the actual range. Might be considered stating them? It's ambiguous. Safer to include Pay section with the statement they gave (the pay range listed...). That is substantive? It's somewhat generic but it's what they wrote. I'd include Pay section with that paragraph. Now we need to format. We'll output:
