RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shift.
• Aid the Assistant Program Director in managing program operations.
• Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift.
• Part of the management team with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years’ experience with client population.
• One year supervisory/management experience required.
