The Residential Superintendent role in the Greater Boston area focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion. This position involves overseeing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring project safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and design specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and contracts.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges on-site.

Pay

Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.
