As the Residential Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through the overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) and working in tandem with an individual’s support team.
Responsibilities
The Residential Site Supervisor will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) and working in tandem with an individual’s support team; including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well rounded, person-centered supports.
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
- High School diploma/GED is required: higher education is preferred
- Two years of experience providing excellent care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting

Pay and Schedule
The Residential Site Supervisor salary ranges from $22.75/hour to $24.75/hour. This is a full-time position, and we offer a differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday.
