Responsibilities
- Install James Hardie, fiber cement, and vinyl siding
- Complete tear-offs and replacement installations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Take before/after photos and upload to CRM
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and field superintendents
- Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of siding installation experience
- Hardie siding experience strongly preferred
- Active insurance and licensing
- Reliable transportation, truck, and tools
- Established crew preferred
- At least one English-speaking crew member required
- Ability to work throughout the Chicagoland market
