As the Residential Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through day-to-day shift operation of the program, supervising all Direct Support Professionals, ensuring that Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in learning about all areas of activities of daily living and the community, and responsible for carrying out direction and administration of program services.

- Responsible for carrying out direction and administration of program services
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional

Pay and Schedule
The salary for this position is $21.63/hour, with a differential offered for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday. This is a full-time position.
