Residential Services Supervisor - Cadence

Responsibilities
As a key member of our property operations team at Cadence Cool Springs Apartment Homes (a premier class A 252-unit garden-style community located in the Cool Springs neighborhood – Franklin, TN), you will be responsible for:
- Responding to residential complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Following up with residents on maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours
- Maintaining a professional, friendly atmosphere in the office and public access areas
- Completing, coordinating, and tracking progress of all work order requests
- Greeting current and potential residents and assist with questions or refer to the appropriate staff member
- Following up on service requests to ensure satisfaction
- Providing clerical support such as maintaining filing system, entering data into MRI system, ordering office supplies and refreshments
- Calling move-ins shortly after the move in for an introduction and to ensure residents' satisfaction
- Taking and processing all pest control requests, and communicating pest control spraying to residents
- Pulling and logging keys for pest control servicemen
- Sharing ideas for improving resident satisfaction with the Community Manager
- Ensuring guest suite is ready for visitors
- Booking guest suites
- Overseeing monthly reporting for Ops meeting
- Reviewing lease renewals
- Following up with Resident Services Reps and meeting with Community Manager weekly to discuss outstanding items
- Managing the entire renewal process and generating monthly status reports for Community Manager
- Maintaining a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you can get along with co-workers, residents, customers, vendors, and management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (real estate, retail, hotel/hospitality, etc.)
- Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills
- Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous leasing experience is a plus but not a requirement

Pay
$20.26 - $22.62 per hour. Actual pay may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc.
