Residential Service Electrician

Parker and Sons is seeking Journeyman level Service Electricians to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Electricians will handle electrical repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades while adhering to local and national codes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
• Educate and offer customers appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately or scheduled
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting experience
• Journeyman level Electricians preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshoot
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in new and existing settings
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional assistance
• Must be able to work safely in outdoor heat and cold, on ladders, and on roofs at medium to high heights
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance, clean uniform, and work shoes
