We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Tech in the Dayton/Cincinnati area with a deep background in maintenance and property management.
Responsibilities
- Executing hands-on, high-level maintenance work orders
- Serving as a mentor and diagnostic lifeline for our junior technicians
- Frequently helping them troubleshoot and accurately diagnose complex property issues
- Ensuring junior technicians have the right game plan before they begin work
- Reviewing photos or videos to assist with diagnosis
