Residential Security Sales Representative (Zebulon)
CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Residential Security Advisor to join our growing team in Zebulon, North Carolina. Our Advisors design, present, and sell award-winning security and home automation solutions, scheduling in-home consultations through lead generation and prospecting. This role supports our mission to make every day safer by working directly with customers to identify and meet their security and automation needs.

Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
- Self-generate customer opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments within an assigned location
- Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve goals
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Highly driven, motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity
- Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization abilities
- Excellent communication skills and professional credibility
- Experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Pay
$60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings, including a guaranteed base pay and uncapped commissions.
