What You’ll Do
- Consult & Design: Work directly with homeowners to design and sell award-winning security and smart home automation solutions.
- Lead Generation: Utilize company-provided leads and proactive prospecting tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Strategic Networking: Maintain a weekly schedule of appointments and create engaging product displays to stimulate interest.
- Expert Communication: Effectively communicate CPI’s value and product vision to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with your Sales Manager and team to exceed monthly targets and drive market growth.
What We Are Looking For
- The Right Mindset: You are highly driven, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic with high integrity.
- Experience: 1–2 years of outside sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who has the "go-getter" spirit.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) is a plus; you’ll use your provided iPad to manage your business.
- Communication: Strong ability to influence and build instant rapport with customers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
